Patchwork Archivists is coordinating regular language practice meetups. This is for and with people from South Asian diasporas trying to learn and/or maintain languages related to their families, communities, histories and ancestors.

People can group according to what language they would like to practice and decide how they would like to learn. At the end of each session we will leave some time for people to share thoughts and reflect on connections between languages. To help with this, we will think about themes/topics for all of the groups to focus on together, such as food, poetry, sexuality or politics.
